All properties are accessible via a UCbid™ lockbox which your Broker has the rights to use. Information on each property is available to your Broker on the Multiple Listing Service. Go to the Current Offerings page for maps, and details on each property .

The service is created to give you the greatest control, security and ease in the purchase of your next property.

Complete "Terms and Conditions" can be found thru the Property Information Page for each online property offering. It is essential that all participants review the "Terms and Conditions" prior to bidding.

Bidders may personally place bids; or may place bids through a broker. In order to place bids all bidders must be registered with UCbid™. If you desire a broker to assist you, we can provide you a list of brokers to choose from. Registering to bid is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

1. Complete the online Bidder Registration Form.

2. Obtain a loan Pre-Qualification letter from a lender of your choice. For a list of lenders, contact us at ops@UCbid.com or call us at (858) 292-5304. Or, find excellent current market-rate financing online by selecting Express Loan Pre-Qualification on each Property Information Page. Once you have submitted your Loan Pre-Qualification and Registration form you will be notified by email that you are an approved participant. You will also receive your password as apart of the email, which you will use to bid.

3. Request your Broker or lender to fax us the loan Pre-Qualification letter at fax # (858) 495-0450. (Note: For government homes, provide the Pre-Qualification letter to your government broker.)

Upon receipt of your loan pre-qualification letter, a Customer ID Number and custom Password will be sent to you via e-mail. Your Customer ID Number and your Password will allow you to place bids on the property or properties you are interested in.
